Contrasts

Out of the soft dark night he appeared

A silent shadow of beauty

Eyes so dark, a face from heaven

Sculpted in beauty,

His soul touched mine

I could fall and drown

In the silent dark fire of his eyes.

So I plunged.

Love so sweet, kisses so deep

He lived in the shadows,

Protecting my sleep

The fire of his soul

Burned into mine

A love that would last through time.

My Angel on earth.

Out of the darkness he appeared,

A silent shadow of beauty

Eyes so dark, a face from heaven

Sculpted in beauty

His soul ripped away

I could fall and drown

In the silent dark fire of his eyes

So I screamed

Hate that loved, kisses so deep

He lives in the shadows

To kill while I sleep

The fire of my love

Burned his soul away

A love that would last through hell

The demon in my Angel

Too late recovered

With love so deep

Kisses so deep, kisses so sweet

Given with tears on my cheek

His soul so beautiful

I could not breath

My Angel on earth

I sent to hell.

So lost

So alone

Pain my companion

I cry inside

As I die

My Angel on earth

Come back to me.

Too much time

Too much pain

Too much love

To live through again

Never together.

Time goes on

It passes beneath our feet

Souls touching

From afar

But never to truly heal

Out of the soft dark night he appeared

A hard shadow of beauty

Eyes so blue, a face from heaven

Sculpted in beauty,

With no soul to touched mine

I could fall and drown

In the laughing blue fire of his eyes.

Should I plunge?

Can his love be sweet?

Would he kiss so deep?

He lives in the shadows,

protecting my sleep

The fire of his eyes

Burns into mine

Would he love me through my time?

The angel in his demon

My heart was broken

Now is just hard

Can he break through?

Can he climb the walls?

And bring me love

With eyes of blue

My angelic devil in jeans
