       Part: (1/1) (PG)

Disclaimer: Joss is a creative god.  He has assembled an

       incredible writing

team of which I am not a member.  He created them, they make

       money off of

them, I'm just borrowing them for an outing into non-canon

       territory and I

sure as heck ain't making any money off of them. I'm just a

       fan.

       Spoilers: None

Distribution: Shoot me an email first, I'll probably say

       yes.

       Summary: Response to Cat's Challenge:

"I dare you to write a one paragraph story. In seven

       sentences or less,

you must have an introduction, climax and resolution. It can

       be funny,

serious, silly or scary. Just have fun with it."

Feedback: Please feed my ego and help me keep the

       inspiration flowing.

       The Spoken Word

       by

       Tzigane

He loved her, more than life itself. He needed her more than

       he needed

blood to survive. She was the reason he walked the earth and

       he would do

anything to prove it to her. With her blonde hair, her

       ever-changing eyes,

her strength and her courage, she had become his soul.

       Without her, his

unlife was meaningless.  And it all came down to this moment

       in time that

he could prove himself to her, this one moment when he could

       show her his

love with words that would mean more than any he had ever

       spoken.

       "I do."
